I purchased the iQOO Neo 10 with the expectation of a smooth and high-performance gaming experience. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

While playing games like Call of Duty, I frequently encounter frame drops, lag, and glitches, which makes the device unreliable for gaming. Additionally, with every security patch update, the phone’s performance seems to degrade further instead of improving.

Previously, I used the iQOO Z6 Pro, and surprisingly, it delivered a much smoother and more stable performance compared to the Neo 10. This is unexpected and unacceptable for a newer and supposedly more powerful device.

As a customer who has invested hard-earned money, I expect better quality, optimization, and consistency. Selling devices that fail to deliver on their promised performance seriously affects customer trust.
