Dear iQOO Community Team,
I am using an iQOO Neo 10 and facing serious issues with the camera app stability.
Whenever I open the camera and try to click a photo, sometimes the photo is not captured properly and a green color glitch appears on the screen. The camera app is also lagging heavily, especially when mobile data is turned on.
In many cases, the camera app force closes automatically while using it. Sometimes the entire phone becomes unresponsive, the screen turns completely black, and I have to wait or restart the device.
This issue is happening frequently and it is affecting normal usage of the phone. I request the team to please look into this problem and provide a software update or solution as soon as possible.
