Hi @iQOO Global, after the OriginOS 6 update, my iQOO Neo 10r battery is draining significantly faster. This device already has a smaller battery capacity, and this update has made it impossible to last a full day. Please release a stability patch to fix this optimization bug immediately.

Issue: Critical Battery Drain (OriginOS 6)

Abnormal Drain: Battery percentage is dropping 30-40% faster than the previous OS version.

Standby Leak: Severe idle drain (15%+ overnight) showing the system is not entering deep sleep.

Optimization Fail: Even with a 6400mAh batteriy, the phone cannot last a full day due to poor background power management in OriginOS 6.

Demand: Release a stability patch immediately to fix system-level power consumption.

Idle Drain: High power consumption even on standby/screen off.

Problem: Since iQOO Neo 10r has a smaller mAh battery, this poor optimization is making it unusable.

 The phone has a severe Heating issue even during basic, normal use like scrolling or browsing—no gaming involved. This constant heat, combined with terrible software optimization, is causing extreme battery drain. Given that this device already has a smaller mAh capacity, the phone is now becoming unusable as it cannot even last half a day. Please release a stability patch immediately to fix these thermal and battery bugs."

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase of the iQOO Neo 10r. I chose this device expecting a premium performance experience, but I am now regretting my decision daily.

The device suffers from two critical issues that make it nearly unusable for my daily needs:

Severe Overheating: Even during moderate use, the phone becomes uncomfortably hot. This isn't just during heavy gaming; the thermal management seems inadequate for standard tasks.

Rapid Battery Drain: The battery life is significantly below expectations. I find myself tethered to a charger because the percentage drops at an alarming rate, likely exacerbated by the constant heat.

I feel that my money has been wasted on a product that does not live up to its marketing claims. As a customer, I expected better optimization and quality control.
