For a moment, the atmosphere didn’t feel like a typical service centre. Instead, it felt more like a comfortable lounge where customers could relax while their devices were being serviced.
After spending a few minutes in the waiting area, I moved toward the iQOO Premium Service Point to get my device checked. The technicians performed the replacement right in front of me, without taking the device inside or away from the customer.This simple approach eliminates confusion and builds trust instantly. Watching the entire process happen in real time reassures customers that their device is being handled properly.
