Hey iQOO Family 👋

During the iQOO Service Day (held from 14th to 16th every month), I visited the service center and got my iQOO 15R and Neo 6 serviced.

Service Center Location : vivo & iQOO Authorised Service Center PCMC, Pune

The Service Day offers great benefits like free labour charges, discounts on accessories, free back cover and screen guard (as per availability), along with services like handset cleaning, checkup, software updates, and sanitization - making it a really valuable experience for users.

I thought of sharing my complete real experience from entry to exit, so others can know what to expect 👇

🚪 1. Entry & First Impression

As soon as I reached the service center, the entry itself felt quite professional. The branding, cleanliness, and organized setup gave a premium and well-maintained vibe right from the start.

There was no confusion - everything was clearly structured and easy to navigate.

🏢 2. Atmosphere & Interior

Inside, the environment was clean, well-lit, and properly arranged. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel like a typical crowded service center - it was calm and व्यवस्थित.

The Premium Point counter also stood out, giving a more organized and priority-based service feel.

🪑 3. Waiting Area & Comfort

One thing I really liked was the seating arrangement.

  • Comfortable chairs
  • Proper spacing
  • Clean surroundings

It didn’t feel tiring even while waiting, which is something many service centers usually miss.

☕ 4. Refreshments & Facilities

During the wait, they had basic but useful facilities like:

  • Drinking water
  • Coffee/refreshment area
  • Light snacks

These small things actually make a big difference and improve the overall experience.

📺 5. Entertainment & Engagement

To make the waiting time better, there were:

  • TVs running content
  • Magazines / reading materials

So instead of just waiting, you can actually stay a bit engaged.

🧩 6. Accessories & Backup area

There were also sections showing:

  • Accessories
  • Informational boards
  • Service-related details
  • Backup PC to take you data backup

This gives a better idea about the ecosystem and available services.
