Recently I got a green line issue in my IQOO 11 legend varient device. I went to the service centre for the replacement of the display. During the replacement process my back leather panel peeled off due to the heat they applied during the replacement process. I asked them for the solution they appied fevikwik glue to fix the leather leaving it in more worse condition. Then I have the conversation with customer care, they told that before replacing the display the back panel is slightly worned, which is completely false. When I asked for the replacement of back panel they disagreed for the replacement of the part. They even also told that their is agreement that if some physical damage should came during the service process they are not responsible and that is faced by 1% users as told by the customer care. I am using IQOO flagship device and I just don't deserve this type of service from them. For that 1% probability why I will suffer as a customer, this is not right. I clicked the 2nd image just right after the service and it is in good condition. Then I asked them for solutiin they applied fevikwik and I went to worse which affect my experience. Hope I will get better help from your side with a better solution.
