These frames are just a few glimpses from the Charak Mela hosted right here in my locality at Kasba Rath Tala. I spent my evening there yesterday, weaving through the crowds and the neon glow to find these stories.

A "mela" is more than just rides and food; it’s a.                 living, breathing emotion.
