Hey iQOO fans,

In one of our previous guide threads, we noticed some comments around the storage and how will iQOO 11 manage the heating.

So, for our next guide, we will focus on the Storage Technology.

Continue reading to know more:

LPDDR5X - Upgraded RAM Performance

The Snapdragon® 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform comes with the latest high-performance LPDDR5X RAM, bringing users a faster app start-up speed and cache speed.

The LPDDR5X memory has a theoretical speed of up to 8,533 Mbps, 33%* higher than that of the previous generation LPDDR5, so app retrieval and caching are faster than ever before.

A maximum RAM of 16 GB can support more apps running in the background.

UFS 4.0- Higher Performance, Lower Consumption

Compared with that of the previous generation UFS 3.1 V6 Sovlit, UFS 4.0 offers a sequential write speed increase of 45% to 60%, and a sequential read speed increase of 80%.

At the same time, power usage is reduced by 40% compared to that of the previous generation. Features are more power efficient, and the device has better performance whilst consuming the same amount of power.

Moving on to the heat dissipation, lets read on to understand the technology behind the legend.

Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System

iQOO 11 adopts a Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System, delivering improved cooling capabilities. Compared to its predecessor, the Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System has increased the number of graphite layers from two to three, in addition to having upgraded the VC area — from the previous etched stainless-steel VC of 3,900 mm², to a stamped stainless-steel VC of 4,013 mm². Compared to the etched VC, the area utilization rate of stamped VC is higher. With the same VC area, the effective cooling area is increased by 19.5%.

Cool Frame Design

Furthermore, iQOO 11 has been outfitted with the cool frame design and a smart low-temperature-sensing cooling system, reducing the heat increase of the upper part of the frame by over 2℃.

Hope this guide answered most of your queries. So what do you think of this technology?

Happy Questing
