• iQOO 15T could be the brand’s next flagship smartphone.
• It’s tipped to feature a 200MP primary camera.
• The iQOO Pad 6 Pro’s specs also suggest a premium Android tablet in the making.
iQOO isn’t done with its flagship series yet. Just last week, we heard about an upcoming iQOO flagship phone that may launch with a large battery and a 200MP camera. Now, there’s a new leak about the iQOO 15T set to launch in China this May, alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro. This could be the rumoured iQOO smartphone, and the tablet will be the brand’s flagship model. While neither product has been officially confirmed, the tipped specifications by Digital Chat Station suggest that iQOO is doubling down on top-tier hardware, particularly in battery capacity, display quality, and raw performance.
Starting with the smartphone, the iQOO 15T will feature a large 6.82-inch flat display with 2K resolution. Under the hood, it’s tipped to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, positioning it firmly in flagship territory. Camera-wise, the smartphone could house a 200MP primary sensor, which suggests iQOO is aiming to compete directly with other high-resolution camera phones in the premium space.
But the most attention-grabbing detail may be what hasn’t been fully confirmed yet: this could be the same rumored iQOO device expected to pack a massive 8,000mAh battery. If that turns out to be accurate, it would put the 15T in a league of its own in terms of endurance and give it an edge over rival flagships. Additional rumored features include IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, indicating a focus on durability alongside performance.
Taken together, the iQOO 15T looks like it would launch as a “power user flagship”, prioritising battery life, raw performance, and good cameras as well. Originally known for performance-focused phones, the brand now seems increasingly comfortable pushing into premium territory with promising camera hardware too.
Consider waiting for the iQOO 15T if performance and battery life are your top priority and you want a device that also has good cameras.
Alongside the phone, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro is expected to push aggressively into premium tablet territory. The leaked specifications suggest the iQOO Pad 6 Pro is designed to rival top Android tablets. It’s said to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. That combination alone suggests serious multitasking and productivity potential.
The display is another standout: a large 13.2-inch LCD panel with 4K resolution. While it isn’t OLED, a high-quality 4K LCD at this size could still deliver excellent clarity, especially for media consumption and creative work. Battery capacity is equally ambitious, with a 13,000mAh cell supported by 90W fast charging. Add to that an 8-speaker setup, and the Pad 6 Pro seems clearly positioned as an entertainment powerhouse.
Colour options are tipped to include Isle of Man, Grey Crystal, and Silver Wing. The iQOO Pad 6 Pro could serve as a flagship alternative to the more premium iPad Pro and Samsung tablets, which are on the pricer side. So, if you want a large-screen Android tablet for productivity, media, or gaming, and value raw hardware, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro could be a good fit.
