The Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2026 will kick off on May 6, 2026. A total of 64 teams have been invited to participate in this event. They have been divided into four groups for the Qualifiers Stage, which are scheduled from May 6 to 31. All matches of the Qualifiers will be broadcast live on the Krafton India Esports YouTube channel.

Krafton has invited these 64 teams directly to the event based on their performances in previous official BGMI tournaments. The publisher will host this major competition in five different stages, including Qualifiers, Survival, Semifinals, Last Chance, and Grand Finals. The Qualifiers and Survival stages will be played online, while the remaining three stages will be held offline.

Format for Qualifiers

The Qualifiers Stage of the BMPS will be played in four rounds. The Promotion and Relegation method will be used in this phase. Each team will contest six matches each round. Each squad will participate in 24 games in the Qualifiers.

After each round, the best four teams from Groups B, C, and D will be promoted to Groups A, B, and C respectively, while the fifth to 12th placed teams from each group will remain unchanged. The bottom four squads of Groups A, B, and C will be relegated to Groups B, C, and D, respectively.


After the completion of all four rounds, the top eight teams from Group A will get a direct spot in the BMPS 2026 Grand Finals. The bottom eight teams from A and the top eight from Group B will move to the Semifinals.


The bottom eight from Group B, all 16 teams from Group C, and top eight from Group D will enter the Survival Stage. The bottom eight squads from Group D will be eliminated from the BMPS 2026.
