For the past 6 months, my mom has been using the iQOO Neo 10 as her daily driver, and honestly, it completely changed the way I look at the Neo series.

Whenever people hear “Neo”, the first thing that comes to mind is gaming, performance, BGMI, and benchmarks. But seeing someone like my mom use the device every single day made me realise how much more balanced the experience actually is.

Her daily usage is completely different from what most people associate with the Neo lineup. Calls, work, WhatsApp, social media, banking, clicking random moments, work related photos, and a lot of multitasking throughout her day.

And despite all of that, the phone has remained consistently smooth for her.

One thing she instantly appreciated was the battery life. She simply charges it every morning before leaving for work, and that’s enough for her entire day.

Combined with FlashCharge, the phone hardly takes around 30 minutes to go from 1 to 100, which quickly became one of her favourite features.

The camera also turned out to be something she genuinely enjoyed using. Whether it was capturing quick moments during work or random everyday shots, the experience stayed reliable and effortless for her.

What surprised me the most was how stable the experience remained over time. No lag, no heating, and everything continued to feel fluid even after months of usage. And once the device received OriginOS, she became even happier with the overall feel and smoothness of the phone.

This honestly made me realise something.

The iQOO Neo 10 is definitely a performance powerhouse, but it is no longer a phone made only for gamers. It works equally well for regular users who simply want a fast, dependable, premium, and smooth everyday smartphone experience.

So I genuinely feel the Neo series has evolved beyond just gaming now.
