Dear iQOO Support Team,

I am using the iQOO Neo 10R, and I am writing to report a major issue regarding its thermal management and performance optimization while playing Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI).

When I start playing the game, it runs smoothly at 120 FPS. However, the performance drops drastically within a short period:

• After 10 minutes: The frame rate drops to 90 FPS.
• After 30 minutes: It drops heavily and locks at 60 FPS.

Even though I play in a room with a standing fan blowing directly to keep the environment cool, the phone still aggressively throttles the performance. It is deeply disappointing to see the frame rate cut in half (from 120 FPS to 60 FPS) within just 30 minutes of gaming. Other smartphones in this segment handle thermal management much better without such extreme FPS drops.

As a gaming-centric device, this aggressive thermal throttling completely ruins the competitive gaming experience. I request your technical team to look into this issue and optimize the thermal performance via a future software update.
