Good morning from Hanoi,

Vietnam! Here's a recap of an unforgettable Day 1 at IFM 4.0.

After arriving at the airport, we headed to a nearby Indian restaurant for breakfast before checking into our hotel.

The ambience was wonderful, and it felt great to start the day with familiar flavors while catching up with fellow community members.

Following breakfast, we reached Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi, our home for the next few days. After some rest and settling into our rooms, it was time to gear up for the exciting activities planned for the day.

One of the best parts of the morning was spending quality time with the community. The conversations, laughter, and shared experiences reminded me why communities are so special.

It wasn't just about the destination it was about the people traveling together.

The afternoon was packed with learning and collaboration.

We had an interaction session with the iQOO internal team from China and various regions around the world.

It was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas, understand different perspectives, and learn from one another.All 5 teams did a incredible job Kudos to everyone 🤗✨

A major highlight for me was presenting a PPT on the Red Bull case study. My presentation focused on what iQOO can learn from Red Bull's approach to marketing, brand building, and community engagement.

The response was extremely positive, and the team appreciated the insights and takeaways shared during the session. It was rewarding to know that my research and ideas contributed meaningfully to the discussion.

Just when I thought the day couldn't get any better, a surprise awaited me.

Later in the evening, the team called everyone together. Like most of us, I assumed it was for a group photograph.

To my complete surprise, it turned out to be an award ceremony, and I was honored with the iQOO Ranger Excellence Award. It was a moment I never expected and one that I will cherish forever.

This recognition means a lot to me, but I genuinely believe this award is not mine alone. It belongs to the entire community. Every interaction, every meetup, every discussion, and every opportunity to learn from each other has contributed to this journey.

This award is a reflection of the spirit of our community and the support we continuously give one another.

A special thank you also goes to all the iQOO teams I've been supporting internally. The result I've achieved is gratifying to see iQOO return the efforts with such a meaningful award.

The amazing memories they capture often happen behind the scenes, away from the spotlight, and they truly deserve appreciation for their efforts.

The day concluded with a wonderful dinner at Mövenpick, more conversations, plenty of photographs, and countless memories. It was the perfect start to IFM 4.0 and a reminder that when passionate people come together, amazing things happen.
