Welcome back to my IFM 4.0 journey recap series from Hanoi, Vietnam. Today, I'm excited to share my Day 3 experience, which was packed with iconic landmarks, cultural exploration, shopping, and delicious food.
So, without wasting any time, let's get started! The day began with a group photo session at our hotel, capturing another memorable moment with the entire IFM 4.0 family before heading out for the day's adventures.
Our first destination was the iconic Hanoi Train Street, one of the most famous attractions in Hanoi. It was an incredible experience witnessing two trains pass through the narrow street first a goods train and later a passenger train.
Watching the trains move so closely past the cafés and buildings was both thrilling and unforgettable. The excitement and energy of the place made it a truly unique experience.
From there, we headed to the magnificent St. Joseph's Cathedral, one of Hanoi's architectural wonders. The stunning Gothic-style architecture, intricate details, and peaceful atmosphere made it a memorable visit.
Being able to visit such a beautiful cathedral during my Vietnam trip felt truly special, and I spent some time admiring its beauty and capturing a few photographs.
Next, we visited Royal City Vincom Mega Mall, one of the largest underground shopping malls in Vietnam.
The scale of the mall was simply impressive! We participated in an immersive team activity organized by the IFM team, which was both engaging and fun.
Afterward, we explored the mall, checked out various international and local brands, visited different stores, and picked up a few souvenirs and useful products along the way.
Later, we visited the area around the Vietnamese Parliament and government buildings.
The atmosphere was calm, disciplined, and reflected the pride and heritage of the country. It was a great opportunity to admire the surroundings, learn more about Vietnam, and capture some memorable team photographs.
As the evening approached, we headed to Mam Mom Restaurant to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We got to try a variety of local dishes with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
It was a wonderful culinary experience and the perfect way to conclude an exciting day.
After dinner, we returned to the hotel, relaxed, reflected on the day's experiences, and prepared ourselves for another exciting day ahead at IFM 4.0.
Day 3 was a perfect blend of culture, history, architecture, team bonding, shopping, and authentic Vietnamese flavors. Every destination offered a unique experience, making it another unforgettable chapter of my IFM 4.0 journey.
Which part of Day 3 would you love to experience the most—Train Street, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Royal City Vincom Mega Mall, or authentic Vietnamese cuisine at Mam Mom Restaurant? Let me know in the comments!
