Dear iQOO Support Team,

I am writing to report a severe performance issue on my iQOO Neo 10R (12GB RAM, 256GB storage) while playing BGMI and PUBG Mobile.

When I begin a game, the frame rate initially reaches 120 FPS. However, within 1-3 minutes, it drops to 90 FPS and becomes highly unstable, fluctuating between 85 and 110 FPS, and eventually stays below 90 FPS, dropping as low as 60 FPS. This results in severe lag despite having over 200GB of free storage.

I have cleared the game’s cache and data and reinstalled the game, but the issue continues.

Given that this appears to be a device-specific performance issue, please investigate and provide a solution.
