Heavy Usage Test: How Long Does the iQOO Z11 Lite Last? 100% to 0% Challenge

I am Yasir Hamid Ansari, and today I am doing 🔋 Heavy Usage Test: Can the iQOO Z11 Lite Really Last All Day?


Whenever a new smartphone launches, one of the biggest questions everyone asks is:

"How good is the battery backup in real-life usage?"


Specifications and battery capacity on paper are one thing, but what actually matters is how the phone performs during continuous, heavy day-to-day usage.

So I decided to put my iQOO Z11 Lite through a 100% to 0% Battery Challenge using some of the apps that almost every user spends the most time on.

Instead of running artificial battery benchmark apps, I wanted to simulate how people actually use their phones.


📋 Test Conditions

Before starting the challenge, here are the conditions I maintained throughout the test:

  • Battery started at 100%
  • Brightness fixed at 40%
  • Display settings attached in screenshots
  • Normal Room Temperature
  • No Air Conditioner
  • Location: Kolkata
  • No charging in between
  • Phone remained ON throughout the entire test
  • Battery Saver was not enabled
  • Screen Colors: Bright
  • Screen Refresh Rate: Smart Adaptation(60-120 FPS)

⏰ Test Timeline

🕛 12:00 PM (1st August)

The challenge officially began.

Battery Level: 100%


The first application I started with was YouTube.

To make the test even more demanding, I continuously streamed 1440p long-form videos instead of short clips.

📺 12 PM – 3 PM | YouTube

For the next three hours, the phone continuously streamed high-resolution YouTube videos.

No breaks.

No charging.

No screen off.

Just continuous playback.


12:30 PM (30 Mins) | Total Battery Drain - 0% | Battery Left - 100%

📱 3 PM – 6 PM | Instagram Reels

After YouTube, I shifted towards something that most of us waste hours on every single day...

Instagram Reels.


To keep the scrolling uninterrupted, I even enabled the Auto Scroll feature, allowing the phone to continuously play reels without manual interaction.

This gives a much more realistic heavy social media usage scenario.

🎮 6 PM – 10 PM | BGMI

Now came the real challenge.

Four straight hours of BGMI.

Graphics Settings

  • Smooth Graphics
  • Extreme FPS (60 FPS)
  • Balanced Battery Mode

The phone handled long gaming sessions without requiring any charging break.

🔥 10 PM – 1 AM | Free Fire

The battery challenge wasn't over yet.

Next came another three hours of continuous Free Fire.

Graphics Settings

  • Smooth Graphics
  • Max FPS

Again, no charging.

No cooling fan.

No pause.

Just uninterrupted gameplay.

😴 The Overnight Test

By this point, I was honestly exhausted.

But surprisingly...

The phone still had enough battery left to continue.

Instead of ending the test there, I opened another long YouTube video and simply went to sleep while it continued playing.

This unintentionally became one of the best parts of the entire battery test.

🌅 The Next Morning

I woke up around 11 AM on 2nd August.

The phone had already switched off because the battery had finally reached 0%.

After plugging in the charger, I immediately checked the Battery Usage History.

Interestingly...


The battery log showed that YouTube kept running until around 6:30 AM, after which the phone finally powered off.

📊 Final Results

From 100% to 0%, the phone managed to survive through:

  • Hours of 1440p YouTube playback
  • Continuous Instagram Reels
  • Long BGMI gaming session
  • Long Free Fire gaming session
  • Overnight YouTube playback

...all without turning the phone off even once and without charging in between.

💭 My Honest Experience

I genuinely wasn't expecting the battery to last this long.


Considering the amount of gaming, video streaming, and social media usage involved, crossing 18+ hours of continuous heavy usage is seriously impressive.

This wasn't a controlled lab benchmark.


This was a real-world usage test using the apps that most of us actually spend our time on every day.


For users who game occasionally, watch YouTube, browse Instagram, and use the phone normally throughout the day, I honestly don't see battery anxiety being a concern.


In fact, after seeing these results, one thought immediately came to my mind...

What if I had played only YouTube videos from 100% to 0%?


I genuinely feel it could have stretched close to 1.5 days of continuous playback, which is simply incredible for a smartphone in this segment.

Battery life is one of the biggest strengths of the iQOO Z11 Lite.

Whether you're a gamer, content consumer, student, or someone who spends hours on social media, the phone has enough endurance to comfortably keep up with demanding usage.


This heavy usage challenge proved one thing to me—

The iQOO Z11 Lite actually delivers on its battery promise, not just on paper, but in real-world usage as well.
