We're taking the spirit of competition beyond gaming and bringing the iQOO Connect community an exciting new challenge.

⚡ Introducing iQOO Hackathon 2026

India's Phone-First Hackathon Series, where engineers, young developers, AI enthusiasts and early IT professionals come together to build AI-powered solutions for real-world problems.

What makes this challenge different? Participants will take on a unique phone-first, hybrid development experience using the iQOO 15. Powered by a Snapdragon processor and optimised with OriginOS, it is built for demanding workloads and seamless multitasking. With a vapour cooling system and large-capacity battery supporting prolonged usage, the iQOO 15 is ready to take on this high-intensity challenge. 📱⚡ 

🧠 What's in store?

The hackathon journey will travel across 4 cities:

📍 Bengaluru: 29th–30th August

📍 Pune: 5th–6th September

📍 Chennai: 12th–13th September

📍 Hyderabad: 26th–27th September

Each City Battle will run for an intense 30 hours, where participants will ideate, build, experiment and solve real-world challenges.

The winning teams from the City Battles, along with shortlisted participants from online registrations, will move on to the Grand Finale in Bengaluru from 9th–11th October, competing for the title of iQOO Hackathon 2026 Champion! 🏆

🚦 The challenge? Red Light. Green Light.

During the Red Light phase, participants will build primarily using the iQOO smartphone.

During the Green Light phase, they can combine their smartphone and laptop workflows to take their ideas further.

Participants will also get access to:

• 🤖 AI credits to bring their ideas to life
• 🧑‍🏫 Guidance from 12+ industry mentors
• 💡 An opportunity to collaborate with some of India's brightest young tech minds
• 🏆 A chance to win from a ₹6 lakh prize pool at each City Battle
• 🚀 A shot at the ₹40 lakh Grand Finale prize pool

Projects will be evaluated on phone-first execution, AI integration, Office Kit usage, real-world relevance and final pitch quality.
