The wait is finally over! iQOO has launched its new iQOO Buds alongside the iQOO Z11, marking the brand's return to the TWS segment after the Buds 1e.
I got the opportunity to unbox and test the iQOO Buds through the iQOO Connect Community team. Huge thanks to the team for giving me this opportunity to explore the product.
First Look & Packaging
This time, iQOO has gone with a clean white box instead of the previous black-and-yellow packaging. The new design looks simple and premium, although the overall packaging feels more minimal compared to the previous generation.
What's Inside the Box?
The box includes:
- iQOO Buds with charging case
- User guide
- Additional ear tips for a better fit
Design
The charging case comes with an oval-shaped design and a matte-black finish. It's compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry around.
There is no physical button on the outside. Instead, the earbuds use a touch-based pairing mechanism.
The front also gets an LED indicator for pairing and charging status, and usb port at the bottom for charging.
The Earbuds
The earbuds feature an in-ear design with a sleek black finish and iQOO's signature black-and-yellow accents inside the case.
One thing I particularly liked was the magnetic hold inside the charging case. I gave it a pretty aggressive shake, and the earbuds stayed firmly in place.
Overall, my first impression of the iQOO Buds is quite positive. The compact design, lightweight build and overall aesthetics make them interesting right from the first look.
This is just my unboxing and first impression. I'll be testing the iQOO Buds further for sound quality, microphone performance,
connectivity, battery life and everyday usage.
