The BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 5 came to an end on September 6, 2026, with Nebula Esports being declared the champion after its astonishing run in the Grand Finals. The Aadi-led team scored 210 points with the help of 116 eliminations and four Chicken Dinners in its 18 matches of the finale.

Knowme, a member of this squad, won the MVP title. The club took home a huge cash prize of ₹40 lakh.

The BGMS Season 5 was held in three stages, including League, Playoffs, and Grand Finals. Nodwin Gaming hosted the event offline at the Nodwin Gaming Arena, Delhi NCR. 22 teams were directly invited to participate in this BGMI event. On top of that, four squads from the TVS Wicked Battles 2026 were selected for the tournament, which was broadcast live exclusively on KICK.

Gladiators Esports secured a second-place finish with 189 points and four Chicken Dinners. The team received ₹15 lakh in prize money.

Aaru-led Orangutan came third with 187 points and three Chicken Dinners. The club grabbed a cash prize of ₹6 lakh.

Rapid Chaos Esports, a rising squad, impressed everyone with its gameplay and claimed the fourth spot with 171 points and one Chicken Dinner. Jelly-led Team Apex Gaming was fifth with 163 points and one Chicken Dinner. Reckoning ranked sixth with 152 points and one Chicken Dinner.

Team Tamilas had a great run in the League Stage, but the squad stumbled in the BGMS Grand Finals and finished seventh with 136 points. Team Soul, led by Nakul, ranked eighth with 136 points and one Chicken Dinner after their average run. Genesis was ninth with 135 points, including 92 eliminations. This lineup's star player, HunterZ, won the TVS Wicked Player title.

Revenant XSpark and 8Bit ended up in 10th and 11th spots with 131 and 126 points, respectively. Elite Nova, led by Owais, came 12th with 120 points. 7Gods Esports was 13th with 116 points. Team Outrage, Wyld Fangs, and Myth were in the bottom three with 102, 93, and 84 points, respectively, when the BGMS finale ended.
