I’ve always felt that the best battery test isn't a benchmark.

It’s using the phone normally and forgetting about the charger.

So, while using the iQOO Z11, I decided to simply go about my routine and see how far its 7050mAh battery could actually take me.

And the result genuinely surprised me.

🔋 2 Days Later… 28% Still Left!

The first screenshot tells the story better than any specification sheet.

After 2 days and 1 minute since the last full charge, the iQOO Z11 was still sitting at 28% battery.

Yes—28% after more than two days!

During this period, I had 2 hours 48 minutes of screen-on activity, along with 1 hour 57 minutes of screen-off activity.

My usage wasn't limited to checking messages either. YouTube and the camera were among the biggest contributors to battery usage.

And honestly, seeing 28% still remaining after two days gave me that satisfying feeling of “I don't need to charge this right now.”

📱 Then I Pushed It Further

I wasn't satisfied with just one result.

In another session, I used the Z11 much more aggressively. This time, the battery statistics showed 5 hours 35 minutes of screen-on activity and another 1 hour 37 minutes of screen-off activity.

The phone was being used for:

▶️ YouTube — 38%

🧪 CPU Throttling Test — 33%

📸 Camera — 23%

🏠 System Home Screen — 3%

This was definitely not a light-usage test.

Watching videos, running a CPU throttling test and spending time with the camera are all things that can put considerably more load on a smartphone.

Yet the Z11 kept going.

🎥 YouTube, Camera & Everyday Stuff

For me, this is what makes the battery experience interesting.

I use my phone for much more than calls and WhatsApp. Watching YouTube, taking photos, browsing, checking social media and spending time with the community are all part of my regular smartphone routine.

The Z11 doesn't make me feel like I have to constantly think:

“How much battery did I use today?”

That's probably the biggest compliment I can give its battery.

🧪 My Battery Test Wasn't a Perfect Lab Test—and That's the Point

I wasn't sitting in a laboratory with fixed brightness, controlled network conditions and a stopwatch.

I was using the phone like I actually use a phone.

That's why these results feel more meaningful to me.

One session gave me over two days from a full charge with 28% remaining, while another gave me 5 hours 35 minutes of screen-on time during considerably heavier testing.

Obviously, battery life will vary depending on brightness, network, 5G usage, gaming, camera use and other settings.

But my experience tells me one thing:

The iQOO Z11's 7050mAh battery is seriously built for endurance.

I don't think the real achievement is simply saying “my phone lasted two days.”

The real achievement is being able to go through a busy day, continue into the next one, and still have enough battery left that the charger isn't the first thing on your mind.

For me, that's what a great smartphone battery should deliver.

Two days, plenty of screen time, lots of YouTube and camera use—and still 28% left.

Now that's what I call battery confidence. 🔋⚡
