After testing Genshin Impact, BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile on the iQOO Z11 I wanted to try one of the most optimized FPS games available right now.
Rainbow Six Mobile is extremely well optimized and doesn't put the same kind of pressure on hardware as some heavier games. So this test is mainly about seeing how well the Dimensity 7500 can take advantage of that optimization.
For this test I used Medium graphics with the frame rate set to 144 FPS.
The settings allow the game to target up to 144 FPS but the Dimensity 7500 doesn't actually reach anywhere close to that consistently. The highest I observed was around 77 FPS.
Even so the gameplay remains comfortable and responsive with an average FPS of 61.1.
✅ Smooth and responsive gameplay
✅ 61.1 FPS average
✅ Medium graphics
✅ Good touch response
✅ Excellent game optimization
❌ 144 FPS setting doesn't translate into 144 FPS gameplay
The average FPS during the test was 61.1 FPS.
Although Rainbow Six Mobile allows the frame rate to be set as high as 144 FPS the Dimensity 7500 is not powerful enough to take full advantage of that setting.
The maximum observed FPS was around 77 FPS. This is more about the performance ceiling of the chipset than the game's optimization.
The Dimensity 7500 simply isn't in the same performance class as the mid range flagship killer chipsets that can push much higher frame rates.
Medium graphics with the 144 FPS option enabled gives a comfortable experience on the Z11.
Even though the phone can't actually reach 144 FPS the game still feels responsive thanks to the average FPS staying around 61 FPS.
Rainbow Six Mobile is already extremely well optimized so there isn't much reason to worry about performance here. You could experiment with higher graphics settings if you prefer visual quality but Medium already provides a good balance.
The average power draw during the test was around 5W.
Considering the game was running at Medium graphics with the high frame rate option enabled this is a reasonable amount of power for the performance being delivered.
Thermals were also under control throughout the test.
The maximum temperature reached was just 35.1°C.
Rainbow Six Mobile doesn't have the extremely long matches or huge open worlds that can keep the chipset under heavy load for extended periods so sustained performance and heat shouldn't really be a concern here.
Rainbow Six Mobile is another game that the iQOO Z11 can handle comfortably.
The Dimensity 7500 doesn't have enough performance to make use of the full 144 FPS setting but an average of 61.1 FPS still makes for a smooth and responsive FPS experience.
Power consumption stayed around 5W while the temperature reached only 35.1°C.
Considering how well optimized Rainbow Six Mobile is and the relatively short match durations I don't see performance or thermals becoming a major concern on the Z11.
The Dimensity 7500 may not be powerful enough to compete with mid range flagship killer chipsets at very high frame rates but for a comfortable Rainbow Six Mobile experience it gets the job done without much trouble. 🎮
