Hi Questers,

If you've been following my social feeds, you probably know I've been spending a lot of time with the iQOO 15. While most people talk about its monster's  performance or gaming chops, I wanted to take a closer look at something we use every single day: the camera.

I took the device out for a spin across different lighting conditions to see how its triple 50MP setup handles real-world photography. Here are some of my favorite clicks and a few thoughts on what it's like shooting with iQOO's latest flagship.

  • Daylight & Dynamic Range: Powered by the Sony IMX921 sensor, daytime shots punch well above average. Colors lean slightly vibrant without looking cartoonish, and shadow recovery in high-contrast urban settings is remarkably clean. This gives directly social media ready images.
  • The 3x Telephoto Advantage: The 50MP periscope telephoto lens has quickly become my favorite for street details and tight portraits. It compresses backgrounds naturally, keeping edges sharp without overly aggressive digital sharpening. Going beyond 10X isn't recommended by me...even though above 10X the device can capture really good images but still the images lack some details which I personally don't like so I use it upto 10X only.
  • Low-Light Magic (NICE 2.0): Night photography and low light photography gets a serious boost here. Thanks to the upgraded algorithms, streetlights and neon signs don't blow out easily, and shadow noise is kept wonderfully low in cityscapes. Sometimes the lens captures a lot of flares in the night shots but those flares can be easily removed from the inbuilt remove reflection feature in the gallery.

Beyond the Lens: Why It's a Great Daily Companion

Taking photos is only half the battle - you also need a device that keeps up with editing, moving files, and staying powered through a long shoot. The iQOO 15 makes the process seamless:

"A great camera means nothing if the phone dies on you halfway through a sunset shoot. Fortunately, the massive battery paired with 100W fast charging means downtime is practically non-existent." Also having a great display to watch the amazing captures what you have captured provides you an overwhelming experience.

Wrapping Up

The iQOO 15 proves it's much more than just a performance-heavy device-it's a genuinely capable pocket camera that handles everyday documentation just as well as it handles heavy workloads.
