• Carry your original and valid student ID issued by a recognised college or university.
• Ensure that your student ID is valid for the current academic year.
• Ensure that the name on your student ID matches the name on the repair invoice.
• Be physically present at the authorised service centre during the visit.

Step 1: Visit your nearest authorised vivo or iQOO service centre with your smartphone.

Step 2: Carry your original and valid student ID.

Step 3: The service team will verify your eligibility and inspect your device.

Step 4: Once your eligibility is confirmed, the applicable discount and repair charges will be communicated to you.
