Back in 2012, that was my first Solo trip to Thailand best part is that trip was sponsored by one of our Clients. Their after i went to Thailand 3-4 times, it's a next home to me. I have visited so many countries but Thailand is my favourite.

Let's me share my first Solo trip experience with you all.

I will always cherish my trip to Thailand. It is one of those places that everyone has on their bucket list and I am glad that I ticked it off alone.

Thailand was on my mind since a long time and when the opportunity presented itself, all i had to do was jump in and enjoy the show, which i did.

I was excited and ready to go, my fight was delay by half an hour. It was a Thai Airlines from Kolkata. i reached Suvarnabhumi airport, Bangkok early in the morning. My Cab was waiting for me and we went straight to Pattaya (most beautiful city).

After checking in at the hotel, I set out to explore the Walking Street, an area known for incredible nightlife and activities.

Day 2: Pattaya – Exploring islands and more

This was a day full of activities. The first half of the day went into the Coral Island tour, which in my collective opinion was better than my imagination. The beautiful warm weather, beaches, and the crowd of the place made it all worthwhile and exciting. The clear blue waters of Thailand enticed me.

After coming back to the Pattaya city, i had the half day to myself and so i decided to make the most of it. My local travel agent helped me in fulfilling this wish. He arranged for tickets and transfers to the Alcazar, and Russian Show. The Alcazar was mind blowing, it was a world-class cabaret show and had all the interesting elements in it including acting, stage design, costume, and of course, glamour.

Day 3: Bangkok – The city that never sleeps

i check out hotel and transferred to Bangkok on the third day. Later, in the city i saw two grand Buddhist temples as part of the city tour and then proceeded on to my hotel.

I also stopped at Indra Mall on our way and found cheap yet good quality commodities. The rest of the evening was spent in exploring the streets of Bangkok.

Day 4: Bangkok – Witnessing a new world

The fourth day brought in the Safari World with itself. The Safari World and its experience of witnessing wildlife in close proximity made me realise the beauty of nature and all its beings.

There were various animal shows in the Safari World for us and each one was better than the other (Dolphin, Chimpanzee, Sealine etc. ). It was entertaining to witness the animals performing so flawlessly.

Then there was the Safari Park, an animal park that allowed us to see wildlife without the cages and shackles. It was exciting to roam around in the wild on a jeep and see the animals in their free state.

After returning from the Safari World, i went back to the hotel and after freshening up, i again set off to explore the nightlife of Bangkok.

The nightlife experience in Bangkok was more than satisfying and true to the claims- ‘the city never sleeps’. Roaming around in the streets of Bangkok even at 4 AM was as normal as roaming around the same place in the day.

Day 5: Bidding farewell

The next day i checked out of the hotel at 12 Noon and went for a traditional Thai Massage. It was an amazing experience and all of it was done without a single drop of oil. i was picked up for the airport at 4:30 PM and thus the journey ended.

Thailand was an amazing experience for me. The country turned out to be a complete package because of its beauty, serenity, budget-friendliness, and the overall positive ambiance. The truth is, it is a country that loves everyone equally and tries to do justice by all and I salute it for that.

A perfect destination for all those wanting to live life to the fullest!
