Hello IQOO team , 

I have IQOO Neo 6 (8+128) , running with Funtouch os 13 Global.

From some time I am facing a issue - call sound Breaking while using Bluetooth - TWS realme buds air 3 ( only with this tws ) .

I tried replacing my tws from realme service centre then after replacing with new one by realme , still facing the same issue.

Realme technical service team told me that there is a compatiblity issue or somekind of bug with IQOO Neo 6 , which can be fix by a software update . They told me to inform you about this issue because too many users are facing the same issue who have realme buds air 3 , they got many complaints about this issue , but the problem is not in the tws or buds , because it's working fine with other smartphones ! 

So please provide an update or look into this matter seriously to fix it asap !
