iQOO unveiled its latest reply for what a gaming device is, on 4th of July 2023 and here is everything you need to know about it.

Processor

The new Neo 7 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+Gen 1, which is one of the flagship processors. The 8+Gen 1 is based on the TSMC 4nm Process and clocked at 3.0Ghz. Apart from 8+Gen 1 the iQOO Neo 7 Pro also has a dedicated chip for gaming. Which all helps in achieving a tremendous score of 1.3 million in AnTuTU.

Storage & Ram

The new Neo 7 Pro comes with fast LPDDR5 Ram with speeds up to 6400Mbps and comes in two variants 8GB and 12GB.

The Neo 7 Pro comes with 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage type that can transfer 8GB files in about under 30sec.

Apart from having 8/12 GB of Ram the new Neo 7 Pro comes with Extended Ram 3.0 that can create up to 8GB of virtual Ram. Totalling max up to 20GB of effective Ram, which allows up to 36* apps running in the background.

Battery & Charging

The Neo 7 Pro has a 5000mAh battery and includes a 120W fast charger. That could charge the device from 1% to 50% in 8 min.

This combination of 5000mAh battery and 120W allows you to have 2hrs and 10min of game play in just 5min of charge. When fully charged the Neo 7 Pro can give above 7hrs+ of game play, over 19hrs of video playback and 2 days+ of streaming music.

The Neo 7 Pro has a smart charger technology that detects power level and charges the device accordingly enhancing battery life.

Display Camera And More

The Display of iQOO Neo 7 Pro consists of an 6.78" Amoled display with 16,000 levels of dimming, 2160Hz PWM Dimming, 1300nits of peck brightness and a 10-Bit, HDR 10+ and FHD+ display.

The Neo 7 Pro consists of a Rear triple camera set-up with 50MP GN5 main sensor with OIS, 8MP Ultra Wide and 2MP Macro camera. In the front it comes with a 16MP Sensor. Some of the extra features of Neo 7 Pro is auto horizon corrections.

Other features include WiFi 6 and Blutooth 5.2 and an IR remote control dual sim with all indian 5G bands.

Gaming

The Neo 7 Pro is focused on gaming aspects and this takes advantage of dual chips. As mentioned earlier the Neo 7 Pro has a dedicated gaming chip apart from 8+Gen 1 named Independent Gaming Chip (IGC). This allows you to have some amazing techniques for importing gaming performance.

1. Game Frame Interpolation.

This allows the games to run at 90 or 120fps which by default supports 60fps. This is achieved by adding additional frames into the game.

2. Game Display Enhancement

This improves the graphics performance without adding extra load on the soc.

3. Reduce Power consumption

With the new chip the device can run much efficiently.

In addition to all this you can now assign a customised guster to do a specific task in the game improving your gaming experience. Also you can customise the motion control of further customisation.

Cooling system

The Neo 7 Pro comes with a Smart 3D Cooling System, which consists of a multi layered cooling chamber consisting of 7518 sq mm. In order to determine the temperature it has 10 NTC High-Precision Temperature Sensors. The Vapour cooling chamber of Neo 7 is the largest in its segment consisting of 4013 sq mm.
