"Service Center Experience" From Problem to Solution

On 27 June i noticed green line on my iQOO 7 display as it is due to the manufacturing fault,i got very dissapointment. Because for new display it'll cost 6000rs


Green line is a major issue in many devices not only in iQOO but my point is that how Brand treat their customer.


I tweet this problem on Twitter and iQOO Twitter handle  respond within an hour  to my tweet to help at their best.


I visit service center in (Patna,Kankarbagh) on 1st july and show them my green line display.The Engineer checked my device is their any crack or bent but nothing is found at all.After he said that i have to wait for Approval from iQOO management team.


After two days iQOO management gives the approval to repair "Free of Cost"


I was very happy after hearing their word.


I know iQOO is an new emerging brand and he is trying to make ther customers happy.I really love the experience of iQOO service center.They changed my display in 1.5hr "Free of Cost"+ they give 3months extended warranty on display.


So here my feedback from Problem to Solution.
