Hey Questers,
I recently shared the Unboxing of the Best Gift from @iQOO Connect , @Nipun Marya sir, and @Parakram Hazarika sir.
After using it for some time,
In this thread, me and @AyushShaw have come together to share Gaming And Performance reviews of the iQOO Neo 7 Pro. I will be sharing my experience and detailed Gaming review and @AyushShaw will be sharing the detailed performance review.
The iQOO Neo 7 Pro comes with :
The specifications listed above are just technicalities, let's see whether it reflects in Real life or not.
I tested the iQOO Neo 7 Pro on two popular games: BGMI and Genshin Impact.
BGMI
BGMI is the most popular Battle Royale game in India which requires high specifications to run smoothly and is very Graphics intensive.
In BGMI, the phone supports the maximum possible settings in both Graphics and Frame rate.
Gameplay footage at the highest Graphics
Talking about the Frame rates and Gameplay, iQOO Neo 7 Pro supports Game frame interpolation which converts the 60FPS in Extreme settings to 120FPS.
Above footage is with the Game frame interpolation turned off. The Game ran at a constant 60FPS without any dips at all.
This footage is with the Game frame interpolation turned on, which boosts the frame rate up from 60FPS to 120FPS. It runs at a stable 120FPS practically always.
Overall, the gameplay feels very smooth without any lag or stutter anywhere at all.
Genshin Impact
Moving on to one ofthe most demanding games on Android, Genshin Impact.
Unlike BGMI, Genshin Impact is a story mode game, with insane visuals and sound effects and just like it, is very heavy on both the CPU and GPU.
iQOO Neo 7 Pro can run the Game at the highest settings possible, with the Highest Quality and Frame rate set to 60 with ease. Even though the game shows performance load to be overclocked, in my usage I didn't feel any overheating or stutters anywhere.
Coming back to frame rate, thanks to the Independent Gaming Chip, iQOO Neo 7 Pro supports Game Frame Interpolation, which can bump up the frames from 60 to 90FPS.
This footage is with the Game Frame Interpolation turned off, and that frame rate is as stable as it gets, not dipping even once.
With the Game Frame Interpolation turned on, the Game becomes even smoother at 90FPS, and it was a really great experience.
Note : All the features were tested on a 12+256GB Variant, at normal room temperature without any external cooling or other accessories.
Along with the sheer performance, iQOO Neo 7 Pro has some special features to improve and personalise the Gaming experience.
Ultra Game Mode
: It is a mode that optimizes the phone for gaming. When this mode is enabled, the phone will block notifications, turn off vibration, and close background apps as per your requirements. This can help to improve the performance of games and make the gaming experience more immersive.
Overall, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro is a great phone for gaming. It has a powerful processor, a smooth and fluid display, and a number of game-related features that make it even more ideal for gaming. The Ultra Game Mode, Monster Mode, Game Frame Interpolation, and Independent Gaming Chip, and many more features are particularly impressive, and they can make a big difference in the smoothness and performance of games.
If you are looking for a phone that can handle even the most demanding games, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro is the best option at its Price.
This is it for my Gaming review of the #iQOONeo7Pro,
