Ok first of all, this bug happened to me first time when switching from home screen to Genshin Impact but on a worse scale cause my whole screen got white which scared me.

Then the above bug you can duplicate when emulating a game on yuzu(Nintendo switch emulator) and opening game sidebar.

Ok, now for the performance limitation, the below picture is of Super Mario Odyssey, a switch game emulating on pc which doesn't go above 41 fps atleast on my device, even with snapdragon 8+gen 1. It is giving almost same performance as my old phone which had 778G.

Maximum clock the cpu can push for is 3Ghz but mostly it's stuck around 1.6Ghz, a letdown.

Atleast I Would like IQOO which focuses on gaming to whitelist it as emulation has a big part in mobile gaming.
