I have been seeing iQOO 9 SE and some iQOO 7 users facing green line issues. Instead of providing free screen replacements your team is sleeping in the new launches and the community events. This is really bad from iqoo.
Hardly two moderators are active in the official telegram group. Rest of the moderators are sleeping in the community. In this case what is the use of conducting monthly poll about moderators.
Only @Aojesh@Tilakare active in the telegram channel. No idea about others.
iQOO Neo 6 users are facing tinr issues in the display. Even after replacing display the issue didn't get fixed. After knowing this iQOO should have conducted some sort of investigation and try to fix it. Once again no response.
I even saw so many iQOO users downgrading thier software versions as they have battery draining issues. In this case what is the use of providing monthly security patch updates.
So called CEO never replied to users issues on any social media platforms. He only reply to iQOO moderators or to the users who win any prize or if they put anything good about the company.
Once stop dreaming about community and spend sometime on the users issues. Now you will understand the ground reality.
You fellow competitor OnePlus has done a big mistake but they rectified the same by doing screen replacements and also giving lifetime warranty. But iQOO team is in a position that they're unable to provide any information.
@SahilJadhavis the only one who's responding to the users problems in the support forum.
Once come and @iQOO Connectspend time on the support section instead of spamming contact WhatsApp support.

Always be down to ground. Just don't remain in imagination. Wake up to reality. Come on CEO sir.
