So after the 36.6.2 update in my Iqoo 9 se,I started facing a pink line issue,went to the SC,they denied that the reason behind it was update.
So I eventually started using the phone along with the pink line.....I literally had no problem using it with just a Line as it was still usable but quess what just after 20-25 of using it with the pink line the top portion of the display started blinking along with the line,then after 15mins it again started working,next morning I decided to visit the service centre and this blinking thing happened again 3 4 times more but was getting normal after 10-15 mins.
Now when I showed this to the service centre they told me to change the display again but this time after giving proofs that how even other iqoo 9se users are also facing this issue,then they finally spitted out that it was an issue of on update and how even Vivo X series users are also facing this issue.
They told me that they can't do anything as they haven't got any order from IQOO'S side for any solutions or free replacement service And they also told that the IQOO's technicians are working on this issue and it may take 2-3 months to find the resolve.Lol what a joke😂
Also when I asked them that what guarantee will I get If I change the display and this issue appears again after the 3 month display warranty, they didn't have any reply, all they told that even I can't give any assurity 😊.
I went home with the job sheet and then later that night it again started blinking and this was the last blink and I finally had to say my display goodbye, it completely blacked out.
Ps: blinking issue after 20-25 days of using it along with the line issue.
Then I unfortunately had to change the display for Rs.6795 when It was Iqoo's fault.
Even the moderators do is listen to the problem and say sorry for your inconvenience,pls kindly co-operate 😊.
And In the name of cooperation all you do is tell the user to go to SC and SC will tell you to change the display.
Thanks now because of your fault I had to pay the price and ik I won't get my money back.
So just want to say that the service is garbage all they do is listen and say sorry for your inconvenience and try to convince how this is not and issue of the update and maybe some physical damage or something else when my phone doesn't even have any kind of scratches forget about cracks.
