Bought IQOO 11 during the quest days offer on Amazon, It had an offer for receiving a Vivo tws air for free, but I only received my mobile, I asked Amazon support and they are saying they checked previous offers and there was nothing mentioned about a tws for free, kindly please help me in this issue
