I own an iQOO 7 and software support is supposed to be ending in May 2024 as it completes 3 years of launch of the device.

So I was thinking about buying an iQOO Neo 7 Pro but then I discovered that it will also get just 2 years of OS Updates like its predecessors, which is extremely disappointing. 

The iQOO team must know that other brands have already promised minimum 3 years of OS Upgrades. Then what's the issue with iQOO?

I am one of the early consumers of iQOO device but it will be very difficult to buy any device again with such kind of support. Until & unless iQOO promises a minimum 3 years of OS Updates, I won't buy any iQOO device anymore. 

Really disappointed 😓
