She is associated with the sun and is seen riding a lion. Her radiant smile symbolizes the creation of the universe.
She is the ruler of Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra).
Maa Kushmanda is revered for her ability to create and sustain life.
People who are suffering from depression, anxiety, fear and past regrets, must perform puja on this auspicious day and offer prayers to Maa Kushmanda. Worshipping Maa Kushmanda is believed to bring strength, vitality, and cosmic energy to devotees. Her divine smile is believed to illuminate their lives.
