We're excited to present the Limited Time Priority Pass for the iQOO 12 pre-booking event. Kindly review the mandatory Terms and Conditions below to ensure a seamless experience:

1. Pass Eligibility:

   - The Priority Pass is exclusively available to customers who pre-book the iQOO 12 on iQOO.com/in between 5th (12 Noon) to 7th December.

   - Each customer is eligible for only one Priority Pass.

2. Pass Allocation:

   - Priority Passes are limited in number and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

   - iQOO reserves the right to close the Priority Pass offer once the allocated passes are exhausted.

3. Refundable Amount:

   - To secure the Priority Pass, a refundable amount of Rs. 999 must be paid during the pre-booking period.

   - The refundable amount is credited back to the customer in the form of a Coupon worth Rs. 999, redeemable on the Sale day.

4. Coupon Redemption:

   - The Coupon issued against the refundable amount can only be redeemed during the iQOO 12 Sale.

   - The Coupon is non-transferable and can only be utilized by the account holder who pre-booked the iQOO 12. This coupon will be shared to you latest by 11th Dec 2023.

   - Only one coupon can be combined with the Priority Pass coupon during the purchase of the iQOO 12 on the Sale day.

5. Pass Benefits:

   - Priority Pass holders are entitled to a complimentary vivo TWS worth Rs. 2,999.

   - Additionally, pass holders gain access to all Launch Offers disclosed on the iQOO 12 launch day.

   - Failure to utilize the Priority Pass benefits during the iQOO 12 Sale results in the expiration of the pass, and no compensations will be provided.
