Dissatisfaction and Concerns Regarding IQOO 11 Performance

I am writing to express my deep regret and dissatisfaction with my purchase of the IQOO 11 flagship phone. I always looked IQOO as an enthusiasts brand for us customer and have always admired the quality and performance of IQOO products, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed.


Within less than a year since the launch of the IQOO 11, I have encountered severe battery drain, performance issues, software issues, particularly after updating to Funtouch OS 14. The most alarming concern is the significant battery drain issue, which has led to an overheat problem during charging. As a result, the battery health has plummeted to almost 50%, rendering the phone unable to last even half a day considering a phone not even 1 odd year old. 


Moreover, frustrated with all the issues I was facing I had to format the device running Funtouch OS 14 and even after formatting the problem still persists.


What is even more disheartening is that the phone's performance now lags behind that of budget phones, despite being equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This unexpected drop in performance has significantly devalued the flagship phone, which was originally priced at 55k.


Adding to my frustration is the lack of support from the IQOO team when I reached out through support channels. The support team just couldn't understand the problem of severe battery drain and performance issue which occurs in real world usage. Unfortunately, I observed that the engineers lacked a comprehensive understanding of the problem. Their inability to diagnose and provide a suitable solution was quite concerning.The sales support has further eroded my faith in the IQOO brand.


Many calls, message to support team via Twitter and phone later I had to unfortunately downgrade my phone to Funtouch OS 13 global because I just couldn't use the phone as a daily driver and no person from IQOO team provided a solution and they were just stalling me at this point. 


After the launch of IQOO 12 I think the brand has forgot to address the issues of IQOO 11 and is just focusing on new products which is gonna create unhappy customers. 


I understand that no product is flawless, and issues may arise. However, the lack of timely and effective support in addressing these concerns has left me feeling abandoned as a customer. I sincerely hope that IQOO values its customers and their feedback, as I believe addressing these issues promptly will not only retain customer trust but also enhance the brand's reputation.


I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues promptly.
