iQOO smartphones are known for their fast charging capabilities. It is one of the few brands that offer super fast charging across the price range, and the company’s newly launched iQOO 12 offers 120W fast charging, and the adapter is included in the retail box.
However, by default, iQOO disables fast charging on some phones, as it generates excessive heat, which slows down the fast charging, but keeps the phone cooler even while charging.
If you have an iQOO smartphone with fast charging support, here is how you can enable the same to experience a swift charging process. Do note that this procedure works on iQOO smartphones running on the latest Android 14-based FunTouchOS 14 skin.
To enable fast charging on an iQOO smartphone, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging and enable Fast Charging.

Similarly, you can also enable the optimised battery life feature, which smartly extends the battery life by intelligently adjusting the charging speed, especially while charging the phone over a long period.
When fast charging is enabled on devices like the iQOO 12 and even the iQOO Neo 7 Pro, which supports up to 120W fast charging, these devices can be charged from zero to 100 per cent in under 30 minutes. However, when disabled, it might take a bit more time.
When fast charging is enabled on an iQOO smartphone, the device will also display a neat FlashCharge animation on the lock screen, and one can even change the fast charging animation from the dynamic animation settings menu. And to get the fastest charging experience, always use the cable and the adapter that is included with the phone.
You can also extract a bit more performance on your iQOO smartphone by setting it to the Monster mode, however, it will consume more power, hence the battery life could be affected. Monster mode can be enabled from either the quick settings menu or from the battery settings menu.
