iQOO Neo 6 Review After 10 Months.

I bought the iQOO Neo 6 10 months ago.And today I am going to do a review of it.

I bought iQOO Neo 6 in April 2023 when the iQOO 3rd anniversary was going on. So I got this phone with an offer Price ₹24,990.

At that time, iQOO Neo 6 was maybe the first phone which offered 90FPS BGMI gaming under ₹25000.

Talking about the features of the iQOO Neo 6, we get:-


6.62" FHD+ E4 AMOLED display 120Hz, 1300nits.

- Snapdragon 870, LPDDR4X, UFS 3.1

- 4700mAh with 80W Flash Charger

- Android 12 Now is Running A13

- 64MPOIS+8MP+2MP

The iQOO Neo 6 is a value flagship that competes with some of the noted premium mid-tier phones under the Rs. 30,000 price mark. The device comes with a starting price of Rs. 29,999 for which you get the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option.

You can also opt for the 12GB RAM+ 256GB storage option that’ll cost you Rs. 33,999.

Performance| Hardware And UI

The IQOO Neo 6 comes with octa core Snapdragon 870 Chipset. the smartphone delivers a smooth performance.

iQoo Neo 6 gave a lag-free and smooth performance during multitasking. The smartphone is also ideal for gaming and it very well handles all the heavy and graphic-intensive games like BGMI, Shadow Fight 4, Asphalt 9 and more. The sufficient capacity of RAM and the powerful processor also allow users to use editing apps on the device without any problem.

I have been doing a lot of gaming on this phone and the performance has always been good.

The user interface is quite clean, but you will notice a fair amount of bloatware apps. There is an app drawer where you can hide all your downloaded apps and can keep your home screen clean.

Along with a simple UI, the company has also included some customisable changes to the home screen, lock screen and more. Users can also customise the look of the always-on display as per their liking.

You can also change the animations for fingerprint scanners, face unlock and more.


Display

The smartphone features a 6.62-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 1080x2400 pixel resolution. The screen comes with HDR10+ support and offers 120Hz refresh rate.

The big display is also ideal for your video-watching and gaming sessions and it also offers wide viewing angles. The mid-range smartphone offers accurate colour reproduction. The screen offers three display colour modes -- Standard (default), Professional, and Bright. You can also adjust the colour temperature of the display for a better user experience.the iQoo Neo 6 also offers three refresh rate options -- 60Hz, 120Hz, and Smart Switch. You can adjust the refresh rate as per your liking.The screen also offers up to 1300 nits brightness and it also offers good visibility under direct sunlight.


Camera

iQoo Neo 6 sports a triple rear camera which comprises a 64MP main sensor with f/1.89 aperture, LED flash, OIS, 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The front is a 16MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.

The primary camera on the iQoo Neo 6 uses a Samsung GW1P sensor and it does deliver impressive results.photos captured using the main camera turned out to be bright and beautiful.8MP ultra-wide lens also gave us some really good and noise-free pictures.16MP selfie camera on the iQoo Neo 6 delivered some good selfies. The selfies captured using the front camera turned out to be sharp and the skin tone and colour reproduction were also accurate.


Battery

The smartphone houses a 4,700 mAh battery 🔋 and it also supports 80W fast charging.

iQoo Neo 6 will not disappoint you in the battery department.But if you're a gamer then you will have to keep a check on the battery status as frequent gaming sessions drain the battery pretty quickly. The company has included an 80W charger in the sales pack which can completely charge the smartphone in about 40 minutes.



iQOO Neo 6 is a complete package for those who want a powerful smartphone with decent gaming performance under the budget of Rs 30k.
