• Fast and Good Service with backup phone support at service center.

Cons:

• Overpriced: Priced between 50k-60k, the device may not justify its cost.
• Subpar Camera Quality: The camera fails to meet expectations, delivering mediocre results.
• Delayed Updates: Updates are consistently delayed, with the company focusing more on newer models.
• ⁠USB C 2.0: The device is equipped with USB C 2.0, lacking the faster data transfer speeds of newer standards at this price range.
• Absence of Wireless Charging: The device lacks wireless charging capabilities, limiting user convenience at this price segment.
• Low Resale Value: Resale and exchange values, both with IQOO and other brands, are notably very low.
• ⁠Disappointing Battery Life: Users report a disappointing battery backup, affecting overall usability. (I am too facing this 😕)

• I saw in this community forum, that someone is facing video compression issue in gallery, I am also facing the same issue. In that thread A Moderator  commented that "Use Third Party Apps to compress". I was shocked seeing this. And I think we don't expect these type of reply from a Moderator from IQOO!!! Then why should we buy IQOO 😂???
