I got a chance to attend the live launch of iQOO Neo9 Pro and experience the Power of device. Today, I will be sharing my first impression of the device.

Design and Display

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a design that deviates from  its predecessor, the Neo 7 Pro. While the build primarily consists of plastic, the rear panel has a satin-like finish that effectively hides fingerprints, smudges and scratches.

The Black variant maintains a familiar look, while the Red-White option incorporates vegan leather. However, both color variants looks amazing but my personal favourite is Fiery red. The phone measuring just 7.99mm in thickness.

The display is a highlight, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate that ensures smooth interactions and vibrant visuals. Whether you're gaming or browsing, the Neo 9 Pro's display delivers an immersive experience.

Cameras

The Neo 9 Pro aims to strike a balance between performance and camera capabilities. Its 50MP primary camera (using the IMX920 sensor) + 8MP ultra-wide camera. If photography matters to you, the Neo 9 Pro won’t disappoint, especially considering its affordable price point.

Performance and Software

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Neo 9 Pro offers reliable performance. Whether you're multitasking, gaming, or using intensive apps, the phone handles it smoothly. Comes with Funtouch 14 based on  Android 14 out of the box which ensures a modern software experience.

Battery and Charging

The Neo 9 Pro packs a bigger 5160 mAh battery, and the 120W charging capability ensures rapid top-ups.

Pricing

Now, let's talk numbers. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro comes in three variants:

1. 8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Priced at ₹35,999.
2. 8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Yours for ₹37,999.
3. 12GB RAM + 256GB storage: A tad higher at ₹39,999.

The 8GB + 128GB variant will be available from March 21st onwards. As for the other two variants, you can purchase them from February 23rd via Amazon.
