After some time i turned the monster outside ( enabled monster mode) here we can find the difference ,in the monster mode the games performance completely changed.

as I above mentioned carxstreet is high graphics game which can easily playable on iqoo12 with the power of 8gen 3 and Q1 chip .we will get an immersive open world experience on our mobile devices 

 But as of now carxstreet running on beta .it is barely optimised on android they are fixing or improving , performance at their best for the players.As per the current scenario I will not recommend to play this game on max graphics + super display enhancement feature ofQ1 chip.it drains more battery ,heat increases,so fps drops lag will occur,I tested played with more than 1 and half hour, so I prefer to play with iqoo cooler ,and the games runs on not constant 60 fps due to the lack of optimisation.

Conclusion: we can play smoothly on iqoo12 with cooler and take breaks after 40 minutes( devs recommended ).if it is more optimised we can play on constant 60fps ,
