Please fill the form for every issue that you are facing in your device and this form will help us to give better user experience and improve the OS and we can know the exact issues that users are facing and we will take them as high priority and we will Fix them ASAP 

Request everyone to share proper responses and screenshot of battery usage and screen recording of any app or paticular issue and we need your valuable feed back.
