This is Yasir Hamid Ansari, sharing My Experience at iQOO Service centre. I went to get Back Cover and Screen Guard for my iQOO Z6 5G. I ordered it last week as it was not Available, and luckily got it by this week.

I ordered the Back Cover and Screen Guard on January 13th, they said it will be available with a week, but it took three weeks to arrive. It came on the First week of February, and I had my whole weeks schedule busy because of my examination. And after three days they said sorry sir we can't keep any ordered product available for more than three days, therefore it is returned. Then they said you need to order again after 25th Feb, because till then our courier service will be closed. What is this behaviour. Then I ordered it on 28th Feb, and Luckily got it available this week. Almost neasr about 2 months. This is something I didn't liked at all nor I ever expected this is the quality of service. It was not the fault of Service Center and Staffs it was totally the fault of Company and Courier Service. That's all I want to say. Hope my review will be read by the team and I can expect some Improvement in it. Thank you.
