Hi Questers,

Welcome to mobi care for iQOO devices and today we are here with some important tips to save your device from summer and protect yourself from device from heat and battery damages.

Never leave your devices in Car

The temperatures in your car on a warm day are almost always going to reach outside the safe range of your device. If you must leave your tech in a car, make sure it's been turned off completely.

Stay out of direct sun, if you can.

Yes, heat usually comes with lots of direct sunlight. We've heard all the urban legends about your device's screen becoming damaged from sun exposure, but we can't find anything to support it. Either way, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Don't put your devices on ice if they start to overheat.

If your smartphone, tablet, or laptop starts to show signs of overheating, place it under the shade to gradually cool off. Remember, do not put your device in the refrigerator or freezer; the rapid temperature change can cause condensation buildup that could damage the circuit.

Kill Unnecessary Background Processes

Even apps you use often can be energy hogs (and, therefore, egregious heat producers).and remove the apps which not used by you and clear the background apps.

  • Go into the app settings > Battery> App usage> Restrict the app

Keep Your Phone Up-to-Date

Along with streamlining your apps and background processes, staying on top of phone updates can keep your phone cool. Most app updates include what's referred to as “bug fixes,”which usually improve your phone's efficiency. The more efficiently your phone runs, the less energy it requires and the cooler it can remain.

Ensure You Have a Protective (and Breathable!)

CaseTypically, cases are not a huge deterrent to proper phone cooling. But, if your phone and the summer weather just aren't getting along, your case could be a contributing factor. If you're packing a big, bulky rubber case, it could actually be trapping heat in and around your phone. We recommend a thin, unobtrusive case, like many found in our own shop, that will allow for proper airflow while lending plenty of protective benefits. The precision-engineered air-cushioning ridges in our phones also allow a barrier for heat dispersion, making sure your phone stays nice and cool, even in the warmest weather.

Keep Your Phone Brightness Down

The backlights that illuminate your screen can also contribute to overheating. To remove that variable from any overheating issues, keep the screen as dim as possible. It's a great way to keep your phone cool and save your eyes at the same time.

Charge Safely and Sensibly

Always charge the device by removing the case and place the device on the ground and for easy heat dispation and device will charge so fast and mobile will be in cool mode

For Gamers-  Use cooling pad while Gaming

In general iQOO devices has the liquid vapour cooling chamber and device and also use the cooling pad which is reduce the temperature whiling gaming and reduce the impact on processor and battery too

I hope you can use these tips to help you stay safe when you're using your devices this summer. If you need further assistance, please reach out to me with any questions you might have. I am always happy to help!
