Green line issue

I have been facing the green line issue on my Iqoo 9 Pro for a few days now. So I showed my handset to my nearest vivo service center. After checking the handset they told me that the screen of the handset needed to be replaced but they didn't have the screen available at that time. So they took the order and after a few days they called me and told me That Your handset's screen is not available and it is not available anywhere in West Bengal so the company is giving you two options. So they told me that I can exchange my Iqoo 9 Pro with the Iqoo 7 Legend or I can wait for the screen of the Iqoo 9 Pro. So I replied that I want to wait for the screen replacement and they said ok if there is an update from the company they will contact me. So what should I do now? I am unable to use my phone properly and I am facing so much trouble. Please help me in this matter.
