My whole screen got freeze only the notification panel is working . I am facing this issue in my iQOO Neo 9 Pro for too many times . 
My phone is only 20 days old and I am not playing games in my phone and not using heavy application .
Why I am facing such problems and I already restarted my phone many times but not getting permanent solution for this issue.
