It's been few months and I have got my new IQOO 12 5G and it has crashed and stopped the working several time since then.

Can someone help me with this issue?

It happens after opening application that doesn't even require too much processing.

Like social media (ig and X), media apps(anilab), reader apps.

It happened while I used the pre-installed feature of boost.

The device screen goes out and -> after a second it boots back to lock screen and -> instantly shows home screen 

^ this process happens 3 to 4 time and I have to shut down to stop it.

It happened first while using ig while taking a phone call.
