Dear IQOO Software Support Team,
with all due respect and humble submission, I am an IQOO smartphone owner from more than 3 years and now owning Iqoo Neo 6 handset, which is a brilliant mobile handset having no issues on gaming,camera,network,display and sound quality. I also enjoying the full 5G benefits from JIO sim in this handset. Suddenly from past one month or since the last software update, I am experiencing the network and connectivity issues on 5G mode, due to lacking of VoNR support facing issues on making calls as well as recieving calls. Previously when we supposed to make a call, it was changing to VoLTE mode and then call used to happened; after finishing the call again we get back to the 5G mode. But now it is not happening and the call gets disconnected immediately and others are also unable to call me during the 5G mode of operation. So its my humble request to the entire Support team of IQOO please resolve this problem by giving 5G VoNR support to the IQOO Neo 6 model by pushing a software update if possible.
