I visited a some days ago India's new world class convention center "Yashobhoomi" which is located in Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi. 

"Yashobhoomi" is a convention center that was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, on the occasion of his birthday on September 17, 2023.

What is "Yashobhoomi" : Yashobhoomi Convention Center is a huge complex spread over 8.9 lakh square meters, with a total built-up area of over 1.8 lakh square meters. It has 15 conference rooms, including the main auditorium, a grand ballroom and 13 meeting rooms, with a total capacity to host 11,000 delegates.

The convention center also has a state-of-the-art exhibition hall, which is one of the largest exhibition halls in the world. The exhibition hall can accommodate 10,000 exhibitors and is equipped with the latest facilities and amenities.

Apart from conference and exhibition facilities, Yashobhoomi also offers several other facilities including a food court, shopping mall, business center and fitness center.

Yashobhoomi is expected to play a major role in promoting India as a global destination for conferences and exhibitions. It is also expected to boost the tourism and hospitality sectors in Delhi and surrounding areas.
