Does it ever happen to you that the apps on your iQOO phones stop running or are suddenly closed? Worry not, because with these steps, you can turn things around:
1. Bring up Control center, then click Speed up shortcut to close all apps running in the background;
2. Go to Play Store or V-Appstore to upgrade them to the latest version;
3. Clear the data of the apps;
4. Update your phone and the apps to the latest version;
5. Uninstall them, then install them again;
6. Try to install the old version app.
7. Enter Settings>More settings/System management/System>Backup and reset/Reset options>Reset (Restore) all settings.
Don't worry, no data or media will be deleted. If the issue still exists, please feel free to contact us.
